We have done our best to keep our pricing very simple.  You will know from the beginning, exactly what the work will cost you -- no cost overruns, no unanticipated expenses.  Many times our work will result in larger documentation but you will not be charged for any extra words.

Our charges are determined by the "word count" feature in Microsoft Word.  We charge $0.04 per word (4 cents U.S).  If your document as loaded in Microsoft Word shows a word count of 1,000, the cost to you is $40.00 U.S.  If at the end of our process the document has expanded to 1,500 words, your cost is still just $40.00!  This way, you know at the time you submit your document to us, exactly what the cost will be!

There is a $30 minimum charge per assignment.  However, if you are a new customer who wants an example of what we can do, we will accept a minimum of $15 for the first job we do for you.

Our terms are 50% due at the time the documents are tendered to us, and the remaining 50% at the time of delivery of the final revisions.
